Overview
In today's market we constantly hear the idea for the push of girls and women to gain education in areas that are historically male dominated such as STEM. The truth whether engineering or business areas, such as in the supply chain women are still underrepresented.
In my own journey in engineering and transitioning into supply chain the parallels were significant. I have decided to use my journey, to provide awareness and further create opportunities for others in engineering and in business operations.
No organization is profitable without good supply chain and logistics support. The incorporation of automation, processes, and quality are all paramount.
